Easy Keto Ice Cream
(For 2)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (I use Anthony's)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Honest sugar-free syrup (caramel)
2 tbs Swerve, or your favorite sweetener.
Put into a mason jar and shake for at least 4 minutes. Freeze for a few hrs and enjoy!
I make chocolate ice cream as well, but add Honest sugar-free chocolate and 1 tsp cocoa powder. SO good! ChocZero has excellent products!
And the honest syrups taste exactly like Smucker's hot fudge etc. Really! I also use the caramel for vanilla ice cream, minus the cocoa powder: You cannot tell it's sugar-free (and I really dislike a lot of sugar-free items).
:)Ice cream has been removed from the freezer, placed into the fridge for a few hrs to soften. Now we have sugar free/low carb soft serve! Yum!
I bought pumpkin pie extract to use in the vanilla next time.
I use Heavy Cream Powder (1lb) by Anthony's, Batch Tested Gluten-Free in my coffee! Just mix it w/water to make heavy whipping cream for ice cream. Works quite well. Not really an aftertaste to me, but a slight creamer/hwc taste. I love, love it!
So, there you go! Super good, low carb, keto-friendly, and sugar-free! Enjoy
